Replacing the need for lock washers, spring washers and other thread fixings, Axil’s threadlocker prevents bolts loosening over time, far cheaper and efficient over mechanical methods. Varying strengths are available all of which ensure nuts and bolts do not work loose in the most extreme use.

‘Rambo’ of the adhesive world, Axil’s toughened acrylic/methacrylate offering provides bond strengths in excess of welded joints, with little or no requirement for surface preparation.

Ideal for production line environments the Ultra Violet curing adhesive cures in as little as three seconds. The ‘cure on demand’ technology of this adhesive means it will not dry until required, as the cure is caused by exposure to certain wavelengths of UV.

Axil also offer a superglue/cyanocrylate which bonds in seconds and can be used in an increasingly wide range of substrates, the rubber toughened grades giving superior impact and weather resistance.
